Guests MUST look after the property

The guest will have access to the entire house to feel comfortable.

– Please Keep Keys Safe. You will be charged for key lose.

– Please smoke outside in the Garden.

-Keep noise to an acceptable level ( Neighbour Must NOT be disturbed )

-Keep the house clean, tidy and lock the doors when checking out (VERY IMPORTANT)
