The house is set up as three king-size double rooms and two single rooms, sleeping five comfortably as it stands. The three kings are zip-link beds, so each one splits into two singles — which means the same house sleeps eight, everyone in their own bed. Tell us which you need before you arrive and we’ll have it made up that way.

Self check-in via a key safe, so it doesn’t matter if the job overruns and you arrive at midnight. No reception, no fixed check-in window, nobody to wait for. Washer and dryer for workwear, a full kitchen with a proper oven and a table that seats the crew, and 150 Mbps broadband. Private garden out the back.

Free on-street parking, no permit needed, with space along the side of the house as well as out front.

Tyldesley sits between Manchester, Bolton and Wigan. Manchester city centre and Salford Quays are around 20 minutes, Bolton 20, Warrington 30. The East Lancs Road is on the doorstep with the M60 and M61 minutes away, so most North West sites are an easy commute. Shops, a supermarket, takeaways and pubs are walkable.
