68 Hawthorn Close, Lincoln LN24RG is a modern two bedroom semi-detached  house providing comfortable accommodation for four people extendable to six people with a king sized sofa bed in the lounge. We can provide free off road parking for up to 2 cars for the duration of your stay.  We offer self check-in. You are given a key safe code on your arrival day.

Hawthorne House is located in a quiet cul-de-sac at the Northern uphill area of Lincoln. Just a two minute drive takes you to the shops and amenities at the Charlton Centre and offers access to the main link roads around Lincoln.

Our house provides easy access to all transport links and is within a 15 minute walking distance to some of the best tourist attractions in Lincoln.

     City Centre

     Universities- being particularly close to BGU University 

     The Lincoln Hospital, Lincoln County Hospital and BMI.

     The Bail Gate  and  Cathedral Quarter is also close by, a 15 minute walk.

Hawthorn House, is set up to provide a clean and comfortable home from home experience. It offers a fairly central location without the noise of being too central  and with easy access to parking.  The property is ideal for small groups of family or friends. It is also ideal for contractors.

The property  is available with all the modern comforts to allow our guests to have an enjoyable stay. Free Wi-Fi is accessible within the property and guests can enjoy a range of TV series and films on Netflix.

There is an outdoors patio and lawn area to the rear that can be enjoyed as the weather allows.

Upstairs hosts two double bedrooms, fitted with twin beds to both and a family bathroom upstairs. There is a lounge and the kitchen/dining area on the ground floor. Fresh bedding and towels are provided for the number of guests booked.

The Kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, toaster, kettle, cooker, oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. Guests are welcome to help themselves to selections of cereals, jams and preserves for breakfast as well as varied selection of teas and coffee throughout their stay. Fresh milk is also provided upon check in.
