The house is close to Leamington Spa town centre, about 2-3min away by car. There is off street parking for vehicles.
Following the full renovation of the house, you will find a brand new kitchen with all new appliances, a newly fitted bathroom and all new furnishing throughout the property.
There are Smart TVs in every bedroom so you can stream your favourite shows from the comfort of bed, we have a Netflix account signed in on all TVs in the property so no need to set up your own account whilst staying here.
Situated inbetween central Leamington and Lillington you are only a short drive into the heart of the town or about 15 minutes by foot. Leamington Spa and the surrounding areas are steeped in history. Leamington Spa is one of Englands Royal bath towns renowned for its Royal Pump House and Baths dating back to the early 1800’s. The town centre in Leamington has been modernised while still keeping its beautiful architecture and heritage. Only a short distance from Leamington you will find Warwick, famous for its stunning Castle and quaint town centre.
Leamington spa has great transport links to Birmingham, coventry and London by either road or rail.
