Four Oaks Apartment is located in the quiet Village of Cargo, just outside the City of Carlisle, Cumbria.

On the Border, and only a short drive from the M6, it’s the ideal place to rest your head after a hard day at work, or for a stop gap between Southern England and Scotland.

This modern apartment has its own private paved driveway that can facilitate the parking of two cars or one large Van. Extra free parking can be found in the Village.

Just off the drive, is the entrance to this self-contained Apartment.

Stepping through the front door you will immediately enter into a modern open plan Kitchen, Dining and Living area.

In the Kitchen, we’ve tried to provide as many utensils as possible! Whether you are looking to bake, cook, or wine & dine, you should have everything you need.

There’s a small upright Fridge Freezer, Electric Fan Assisted Oven, Ceramic Hob and a fitted Extraction Fan as well as other standard Kitchen goods.

Please note that the Apartment does not have any Washing facilities. Laundry services can often be provided by the site Manager for a small charge if required.

The Dining Table and Chairs are close to the Kitchen area and can seat 4 guests.

Across to the other side of the open plan Kitchen/Diner is a cosy Living area with a modern electric feature Fireplace, Board Games and 2 Sofas, making it the perfect room to sit and relax together. The Living room also has a large high definition Smart TV with a DVD player. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the Property.

The Apartment has 2 Bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 guests.
Bedroom 1 is the largest, with a Super King Bed that can be split into 2 Single Beds if required.
Bedroom 2 is smaller, and has one set of Bunk Beds which are suitable for Adults and are very comfortable!
Both Bedrooms benefit from a Jack & Jill style Bathroom. There is a Bath with Shower overhead, Sink and Toilet. The Bathroom also boasts underfloor heating.
In the Hallway, there is an additional Toilet with hand washing facilities.
Outside, you’ll find a small Garden and Patio area complete with Furniture for the use of this Apartment only. We’ve saved the best until last, as the Apartment offers a Fantastic 3 person Hot Tub – we can’t think of anything better to look forward to than a cold Beer in the Tub after a long day at work!

(As you may see from one of the pictures, Four Oaks Estate consists of a number of Properties alongside this apartment. All have been recently refurbished aside from the last House on the far side of the Estate. This Property is currently undergoing renovations, with plans to let it as an additional Holiday Home, complete with its own independent grounds. This particular neighbouring House looks a little unsightly from the front on the main road. Please be assured that when you are in your Garden and Patio area, you will not see this House unless driving back out of the Village.)

It is therefore a property pre-eminently suited to pre-formed groups (which shares characteristics with a single household group) and family booking – as opposed to multiple lets which are not permitted at this property.
