House, B & B, Pub or Hotel?
We will welcome any type of accommodation to advertise on our website from a domestic home with one room available to a large hotel. Please contact us to discuss rates.
What is included in the one off annual charge?
Our charge includes a full listing on our website for twelve calendar months from clearance of payment. The listing shows the accommodation name, address, telephone number, weblink (If available), email address and contact name.
What rates do we charge for our rooms?
“Beds for Builders” is not a bookings service and therefore all rates charged are the decision of the accommodation provider.
Is commission taken on bookings?
“Beds for Builders” is not a bookings service and therefore do not take commission on bookings.
How do we pay?
There are a variety of payment options. You can follow the secure payment link on the website, you can pay by card over the telephone, we take cheques payable to “Beds for Builders” sent to our office address, we also accept BACS payments (Bank details on request).
How do you find out our details?
Once you complete your payment via the secure payment server we will receive a confirmation email with your name, email and telephone number. If we cannot source the required details from this information we will contact you to complete the listing.
Why Trade Accommodation?
The website owner has worked in the construction industry for 28 years and knows there is always a need for affordable quality trade accommodation for workers. The construction industry is not seasonal and therefore has potential to bring revenue to trade accommodation suppliers outside of the holiday seasons.
Bed and Breakfast or Room Only?
Most construction workers need to be on site by 7.30a.m. and will have breakfast later in the morning. They do not therefore necessarily need breakfast included in the room rate.
Do you offer preferential rates?
Many of our advertisers are offering preferential or discounted rates for bookings made via our website. Please let us know if you wish to offer preferential rates at any time during your listing period and we will be happy to update your listing and add you to our Special Offers page
Can we alter our listing?
We are happy to alter your details to suit your needs at any time during your listing period. Please Contact us to let us know how you wish your listing to be changed.
How do we renew our listing?
You will be contacted by us one month prior to the end of your listing period to ask if you wish to continue with your advertising.
